Execute R code in parallel using job array

original_script.R Original (non-parallel) script with a "for" loop.
par_tasks_script.R Script that runs one loop iteration at a time. The iteration ID depends on the job array task ID.

Submit R job:

[scc1 ] qsub job_tasks.qsub
