RCS EXAMPLES

RCS examples are provided to assist you in learning the software and the development of your applications on the Shared Computing Cluster (SCC). The instructions provided along with the code assume that the underlying OS is Linux. If these examples are run on a different architecture, you might need to make some changes to the code and/or the way the program is built and executed.

Directory Structure:

  • basic contains information on how to access R and Rstudio on the SCC, and instructions for running a simple "Hello World" program using a variety of methods.
  • examples contains directories with information on a variety of topics, including parallelization, incorporating C in your R programs, and general optimization.
  • timesSeries contains a script with overview of packages related to Time Series Analysis
  • tutorials contains files used in the RCS R tutorials sequence, including data management and visualization, programming and optimization.
  • Featured Updates for various versions of R
