This folder contains two advanced examples, one to demonstrate the important concept in Perl I/O, and command line parameters, functions, etc. The other is to showcase a bioperl example to demonstrate how Perl extends its functions through third party modules.
ex05-fancyio/ - I/O handling example top directory
ex06-bioperl - BioPerl example for gene annotation top directory
data_in/ - common data input directory stores the gene list file
data_in/fanconi_genes.csv - gene list of interest, since it is used by both examples, put it in the upper level subdirectory to share.
