Controlling the view |
You can use the dial box to control all the moments of the picture. Although
this is not the easiest method, it is the most simple. The dial box has
space for seven dials, and the action of the dial is defined by the number
picked at the bottom of the dial box. TO MOVE THE VIEW, pick the number
1 at the bottom of the dial box. You will see the options:
Put the mouse pointer on a dial bar and on either side of its center line and hold down the LEFT mouse button. The required action will occur.
To use the functionality in X-RAY, click the U at the bottom of the dial box. The available options depend on the current action of the X-RAY tools, but by default the options will be the pointer movement:
If you pick a tool that require you to interactively move a part of the structure, the dials automatically change to the required set.
All dials in QUANTA X-RAY support the virtual track ball option. This means that on moving the mouse will control some action.
