Subject: ESSL version 4.2.4 for BGL now available for use
A new version of ESSL (4.2.4) is now available for the Blue Gene.  This version
of ESSL replaces the 4.2.2 version and is compatible with the new driver
software (V1R3M0) that was recently installed.
