Please join us for a reception on Friday, May 4th from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
featuring "Gallery on the Grid," shown as part of the Boston Cyberarts
festival. We will be presenting "Soft, Fluffy and Virtual" by Cindy
Ludlam from 3-4:40 p.m., "Spirited Ruins" from 4:45-6:15 p.m. and
"Tracer" by Deborah and Richard Cornell from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Over the Access Grid (www.accessgrid.org), groups of visitors at sites
across the country can interact with both the art works and with each
other through digital video streams, speech, audio, and other input
methods. The art works also have an integrated virtual reality component
which can be viewed with stereo glasses on an ImmersaDesk (large-screen
stereo display on the Boston University campus).

HiPArt is an outreach program coordinated by the Scientific Computing
and Visualization group at Boston University, fostering a collaboration
between software developers and artists and making high performance
computing, networking, and graphics resources available to the art
community.
